The Train 4 Life Approach
With 12 Years in the industry and hundreds of clients served, I realized long ago that one size absolutely does not fit all. Trainers have a tendency to project their own goals onto their clients, put them on a boiled chicken and broccoli diet, and try to turn everyone they see into the next Arnold Schwarzenegger.

I take a very different approach. Most people's goals are simply to look and feel better, do the activities they love, and keep up with their kids or grandkids. If this sounds like you then look no further! With customized (and realistic) workout and nutrition plans, I strive to get all of my clients to THEIR goals, not mine. As well as take good health and fitness habits from being a tiresome chore to a natural and enjoyable part of life. This may be one of the single most important aspects of training, as enjoyment of the process is what allows you to maintain the goals you've reached for the rest of your life. If you hate the process, giving up, starting back up again, and constantly yo-yoing back and forth with weight, strength, or skill in a sport is almost inevitable.

In addition to enjoyment, I place a huge amount of importance on efficiency. The reality is that in 2025, health and fitness have to happen in the context of a modern, busy life. I do everything in my power to incorporate fitness into my client's daily activities, as well as choose exercises that are time efficient, kill multiple birds with one stone, and make it so you don't have to come into the gym 7 days a week to see results.
