As someone with zero previous experience working out, I initially lacked confidence and had very limited knowledge of how to train safely. Ricky was great at helping me build confidence in what I was doing and helped me develop a much deeper understanding of the mechanics involved in working out so that I could train more effectively and avoid injuries. Ricky was also very supportive and non-judgmental around my weight loss journey and had a lot of knowledge around nutrition and developing healthier eating habits. Whenever I felt like being hard on myself, Ricky was the first to provide reassurance and remind me of all the progress I had made. Thanks to Ricky, I was able to lose almost 100lbs, and build a strong foundation of fitness that I can continue to use and build on to this day.

Training with Ricky was pretty transformational for me. Before training with Ricky, I was doing pilates, barre, and online cardio videos, but not seeing my fitness goals come true. After working with Ricky for 18 months, I became stronger (hello 115lb deadlift!), leaner, and healther! I especially appreciated how Ricky introduced nutrition training into our time together too, to make sure that our training time was having the most impact. I appreciated the check-in messages I'd get from Ricky between sessions, his flexibility in timing when needed (while I juggled young kids), and even training virtually when travelling. If you train with Ricky, prepare for some changes all around!
